On the train
From Beijing to Jizhou. Train journey: 26 hours.
Trains in China are very comfortable. We made some new friends which we met again in Beijing a few weeks later.

Dalian Centenary Sculpture
The Dalian Centenary Sculpture is located on the south end of Xinghai Square. There is a long strip of footprints. The Sculpture commemorates the 100th anniversary of the founding of the city of Dalian. The bronze sculpture is 80 meters long and has 1000 footprints, all from the people of Dalian.
