Sanya college student

As I was sitting outside a Chinese Restaurant in Sanya, enjoying a meal whilst reading, a girl approached me shyly, asking if she could talk to me.
She is a student at Sanya college and she had never spoken to a foreiger before. She said that she likes English very much. I asked her to sit and to join me for lunch. We ate 'chow mian' at 'xiong di' (old brothers) near the old fruit market and had a nice little chat. Leng joined us a little while later and they discussed how they could solve the bus situation at the college. After lunch we went for a walk down the ocean front. She had never been there although she has stayed in Sanya for 4 month.
We stayed together for maybe 4 or 5 hours and as she left it started to rain heavily.
